About Alex Forsyth
Hi, I am Alex Forsyth, I am a photographer/industrial designer. I emigrated from Scotland to the USA in 1980 and live in North Carolina. I first became serious about photography when I took a four year course in industrial design at university where we had to document our design process at every stage of development. The camera was an essential part of the design process. The camera changed my life. I am passionate about all facets of photography. I am particularly interested in people, music, street, architecture and design but I am open to just about anything. Coming to the USA opened up a whole range of opportunities. Many of my friends are musicians and I spend a lot of time in studios and theaters. I have been able to combine teaching, designing and photography all my life. I have now retired but work for several non-profit art organizations. It has been been rewarding in so many ways. Join me on the road. Thanks aforsyth@me.com
